One Year Full Warranty and 7 Year Limited Warranty

 

For the first year, return any damaged piece of WestTexasSwingsets.com swingset and WestTexasSwingsets.com will repair or replace, at our discretion, with no charge for parts or freight.  This warranty does not cover surface rust on metal parts and checks or cracks in wooden pieces that do not cause harm to the structural integrity of the swingset.

After the first year, WestTexasSwingsets.com also offers a 7 year limited warranty which covers all wooden pieces against deterioration and/or rot which harms the structural integrity of the swingset. This Limited Warranty only covers original purchasers and is limited to residential single family homes. WestTexasSwingsets.com does not warranty our swingset when used in commercial or institutional settings. Commercial or institutional use could lead to injury or product failure.

Warranties do not cover the following:

  • ·         Normal Wear and Tear
  • ·         Improperly Installed Equipment
  • ·         Acts of God such as, but not limited to, storms, floods, wind..
  • ·         Vandalism
  • ·         Abuse, such as dog chewing

 

For a period of 7 years after purchase WestTexasSwingsets.com may not cover freight charges, labor charges or any other charges associated with the 7 year warranty. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless authorized by WestTexasSwingsets.com. Maintenance is required on ALL outdoor wooden products.  Children’s safety on a WestTexasSwingsets.com swingset is the purchaser’s responsibility. Tightening and inspecting swingset on a regular basis will help keep your children safe.

WestTexasSwingsets.com reserves the right to inspect product or photographs of the damaged piece or swingset.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
